Month: May 2004

  • His baby acne finally cleared up, so we have some cuter pictures!

I just love baby bath pictures. After this particular bath, he peed all over the bathroom rug. I was so shocked at how much he could pee, that I just stared. (Really, what could I have really done at that point?)

All nice and clean! He hair is super fluffy after a bath. He’s finally starting to grow some hair up front. Maybe he doesn’t have his daddy’s hairline after all?

My baby is growing up! The 0-3 month shirts are being retired, as the cropped t-shirt look is out this season.   Baby’s first trucker hat – when he grows up he will deliver tomatoes and not leave piles of them on the road at every turn. My sister got him the orange outfit. I was sad because his belly was too big for it even at a few weeks old. Well, as it turns out, he CAN fit it. I just have to put the elastic band under his belly, like low riding pants. I don’t know why I had it hiked up so high before!

  • I’m back! Here are some more pictures of Zachary…

He’s one month old and super fat. Someone asked me if he was 6 months!

Here’s a picture of a wedding I went to on May 15th. And today, Zachary’s cousin Brandon (9 months old) came to visit!

  • Pictures coming shortly. Having server problems – can’t FTP to copy files over.

  • Presents are still coming in. Lots of great clothes, and get this … a $95 rattle from my mom’s friend. This ranks as his most expensive baby toy so far. And it probably will be until his dad buys him game consoles.

Baby says,”Mom, go back to work so that you can afford my new expensive taste! Just kidding – give me the bottle!”

  • I had my very first Mother’s Day yesterday. My husband and I went out for brunch, while my sister babysat. I received 3 cards, and 2 presents – Sex in the City season 5 DVD and Coach checkbook wallet. Please congratulate me because Zachary has out lived any plant I’ve ever owned.  Due to my increased confidence, I am in the process of growing 6 tomato plants in a mini greenhouse.

Anyway, without further ado, here are the weekly photos…

He is obsessed with this swing. Sometimes it is the only thing that keeps him from crying hysterically!

    Sleeping …

Boxing - both bare fisted and with mitts. All socks have been kicked off. Next year for Easter, we will search for socks instead of eggs.

  • He’s 3 weeks old!  I’m just going to post up a few pictures since I don’t have much time between feeding, changing, and trying to entertain him. Enjoy!
