Happy Birthday to me! As of August 20th, I am 30-years-old. For my actual birthday, my friends Dana and Dave took me (and Sophie and James) out for dinner.

That weekend, my sisters and husband took me to Cache Creek. I had the best pedicure ever - my feet soaked in water with rose petals. The manicure was nice too, but interrupted by a hungry Zachary. Then I had a one hour deep tissue massage - my masseuse was from another country, and his accent made "pressure" sound like "pleasure." So during the massage, he'd ask,"Is this enough pleasure?"

Zachary went swimming for the first time ever! Those are my two sisters in the "yin yang" picture. Hmmm. I see some bubbles near Sophie's butt.

Here are some pictures of Zachary. He had his 4 month appointment last week. He measured in at 25.75 inches long (75th percentile) and 18 pounds (85th percentile.)

happy birthday! =) my nephew logan has gone swimming a lot this summer. he has this whole body floaty outfit he wears, which is pretty hilarious.
