Another fun week! Went to a bridal shower in San Francisco and visited a friend (who has a hot tub!) in the Bay Area. Two mom group and two scrapbooking get-togethers, plus dinner at a friend's house, where I'll help her with wedding favors. I'm definately getting more busy - which is good, but it makes the time FLY by.

Zachary is so big already - 4 months is definately my favorite month so far. He is robust and sleeps well. He laughs and interacts with me, but is still a cuddly baby. Doesn't he look so gentle playing with the cardinal? But, yes, he does cry too. Sometimes even with real tears!

You're right, he does look like he's gently playing with the cardinal. I love that picture! Derek is just starting to play with my hand like that when he's eating. I love to watch him. You seemed to have caught the purfect picture with that expression.

Awww, I have never seen pics of Mr.Smiley crying, ever...I thought it was just a myth.
Four months(well, 4 and up) was also my favorite month...I really miss those days when my son was so sweet and cuddly...now at 35 months, he's a terror, the only thing that is good is the fact that he can talk.

if i was as cute as young zachary, i might post pictures. just kidding, well not about zachary being cute.
a part of me doesn't want to post pictures because i don't want my xanga to be about what i look like. this is not to say it would create a buzz, which it wouldn't. (though i get the occasional glance and have been called the asian nick lachey/val kilmer, which i have yet to determine if it is a good thing or not. haha.) i'd say i'm strikingly average, and who wants to see a picture of that?
i just want my writing to do the talking, and at least for xanga, nothing else more.
next time you cry, i'm going to take your picture and post it on the internet. see how YOU like it.
Would it be a better world if looks made no difference in how people perceived each other?
I don't think it's possible, and not necessarily better either. I admit I'm superficial like no other as well.
Maybe that's what I want xanga to be for me, a world where looks makes no difference in perception. A little break from reality? The people who post pictures are messing my experiment up. = )

I love the one of him on the side! He has the sweetest face ever! And if you think 4 months is great, wait till they start walking! Thats when the fun really starts! Although it does make sense, because Abby isn't cuddly anymore. But today we took our first walk together around the block without the stroller. She walked all by herself, holding my hand of course. She loved it!
