School pictures are getting crazier every year … here’s Zachary at 3.5 yrs old.
And is it just my extreme cheapness or are school pictures overpriced? They were $25 per sheet … we got a $75 “deal” on 4 sheets.(So yes, there is a extra sheet of firefighter pictures to send to family.)

I wonder if they do multiple job prospects so when the kid grows up, the parent can pull out the appropriate photo and say “He was *always* into finance/firefighter/golf”
do they provide the kids clothes or these are his. he looks most happy in his fire fighter outfit. i love it that they have zachary pose w/ the wsj in his arm, lol.
The photographer really thought of everything, even appropriate background colors. Red for fire, green for fairways and putting greens, and blue for…. ummm…. blue chip stocks?
At my son’s school, the photographer used an actual burning building in the background of the firefighter picture. For greater realism, I guess. I don’t know why, but somehow my son’s big smile and “thumbs up” pose in that picture look oddly sociopathic.
These pictures are great! The first is my favorite. hehe. 25 dollars a sheet? Ouch. That is quite expensive, but years from now you’ll look back at them and not care how much they cost.
Very pricey indeed, but so worth it, no? He looks sooo cute. Such a photogenic boy. Cannot believe he’s 3.5 already!
Buy 1 sheet. On the ad pages of Teen magazine, you can send in for duplicates for a much cheaper price. I’ve done this and the quality is bad but hey – it’s cheap. If you’re really Chinese, you’d do it.
