HAPPY HALLOWEEN! On Friday I took Zachary to the zoo with my mom's group. We only stayed a few hours - the zoo smelled so bad. I also took Zachary to HP to visit with my co-workers, including my ex-roomate who dressed up as Dorothy.

This weekend, we had a halloween party BBQ for his little friends. Then we went to Bishop's Pumpkin Farm. His dad said he could only get a pumpkin if he could carry it. Zachary finally found a miniature pumpkin he could lift and hold - but he still did not get to keep it. It was only 50 cents. I will buy him a pumpkin tomorrow. I mean, for heaven's sake, we currently have a zucchini by our front door.

I made Zachary some fresh mashed pears, which he did not like. He is starting to eat a little better though - he ate some Gerber's bananas and apples. Like his Aunt Sophie (who came to visit this week), Zachary prefers food from cans and boxes over the fresh, homemade stuff.

i completely agree with everyone...the picture of him in the pumpkin patch is a keeper! wow he's getting so big! it's amazing how fast kids grow. is is bad that sometimes i don't want them to? i want them to stay hold-able forever. selfish selfish me.
